This notice covers one company
Montgomery Towing Co wrote this page for montgomerytowingco.com, the number (334) 336-6464, and the mailbox info@montgomerytowingco.com. It describes this dispatch only.
What a job file can contain
If you call, email, or use the form, we receive what you choose to send: a name, a way to reach you, and the account of the vehicle. We do not buy lead lists, and we do not rent those notes.
Why the notes are kept
Dispatchers keep them so the right truck can find you and so the invoice matches the work. A quote you asked for may get a return call or email about that quote. The file is not used to pitch products that have nothing to do with the tow.
Tools on this website
Formspree receives the form so a person can read it. A hidden field marks the message as coming from montgomerytowingco.com. A CallScaler script loads in the page so we can see that a call or a form started on this domain. That connection is for dispatch. It is not a feed for data brokers.
Who else hears about a job
An insurer hears about a wreck only when you ask us to speak with them. A lot hears about a private-property tow because that lot's manager ordered the pickup. Those are the edges of the job, not a mailing list.
What you can ask for
Phone or email us and you can ask for a copy of the notes, a correction, deletion, or no further contact once the vehicle has been delivered.
How the site is served
Pages are served with HTTPS. Job notes are opened by the people dispatching or finishing that job.
If this wording changes
The revised page replaces this one. We do not keep a separate list just to announce an edit.
